		<description>As far as my experience goes, Hahlo seems to have almost 100% up-time.  The only times I've had issues with it are when Twitter is having hiccups, which has been happening quite often lately...it's only "growing pains", and I'm assuming that's because they're still trying to figure out how to scale the application and databases properly.  Twitter's user-base seems to have gone through the roof recently, which is awesome since a social-network is defined by the size of it's user-base, but it's not an easy job to keep things running smoothly.</description>
